Fit First : Getting Started

So to get started on your health change you diet! I Like to take yoghert and cereal for breakfast, I reccomend wholeweat cereal and fat free yoghert. At school for break i take a cereal bar. For lunch if I'm doing exersize I take chicken wrap (add salsa or extra light mayo if desired) with veg to make it easier to get in your 5 a day! When i don't do any exersize during school I take a wholemeal sandwich! For dinner I like pasta or potato based dishes. One a week i take a small chocolate bar.

Keeping it short and sweet!

School File: Make up

Since I've been back at school ive had a few comliments on my make up to i decided to do a blog on how i achieve it!
First i put on a mattifing moisturiser then you should put on foundation/powder, I don't use any though. Then blush (all products listed below). You will need two eye shadows one, one shade darker than your skin tone and one a bronze colour. If you are wearing it all day use a primer. With the more natural eye shadow colour apply to all you lid then press the bronze on your crease in a V shape. With a good brush, blend it all through. Mascara-wize I used a mascara I got with Company magizine. Then i put eye liner on my waterling and tightline and the im done!

School File: Spice up a Uniform

If like me you have to wear a uniform to school read on for tips to look like an individual.

Most schools let you wear your own jackets so that gives you a huge space for individual style! Bright jacket are always cool but my preference is plain black with brooches and pins. Others make you wear blazers but they are really nice if you roll up the sleeves and add pins!

Almost every school allow you to buy shoes. Black shoes are most suitable but you can choose from loads of styles and materials! I like plain leather and patent pumps with cute detailing.

Shirt are usually in specific colours but you can choose tailored (goes well with blazers and tight jackets) or baggy. Ties are required in my school and in most others. Big loose knot are nice (but banned in my school) but i wear small tight knots.

Something else which is impossible to improve (at my school) is skirts! Some school just require a certain colour which is perfect and gives you a lot of choice.

Jewellery is also great and shows off your own personal sense of style! chunky bracelets are cool but i like charm bracelets.

Hope you found this help full

School File: Hair

Hair is very important because it is the first thing people see so here a some tips.

A cute hair style is the pony with a parting. Side or middle!

Another is a high pony with no parting. Backcomb for some extra omph!

A side pony doesnt have to look childish everyone from carrie underwood to Eva Longoria aere rocking this look!

A big chunky side braid is so gorgous and easy just pull your hair to one side and braid it!

A small braid across you head (like a hairband) is super cute!!

Messy buns are chic and perfect for after gym class!

Hair bands look good on any hair style h&m and Primark are good for them!

Of course you can wear it down (straight or curly) with some clips or a hair band

Hope it gave to some good pointers!

School File: Get Prepared!

I don't know how it is in America but in Scotland we are required to buy pens, pencils and calculators. In my bag i have binder with a small pencil case with some pens, pencils, rulers, rubber/erasers, sharpeners and highlighters, I also keep some transparent plastic folders for worksheet and jotters. I like to keep textbooks in coloured folders. In my school we get a free homework diary so we can keep up to date with homework assignments. I keep some crayola twistible crayons for social studies (Geography, Modern Studies and History) because the are help full for diagrams and posters. I have an extra pencil case in which I keep protractors, compasses ect.

Hope it wasn't too long and boring!

Lush: Mange Too

Mange Too is a yummy smelling moisturising massage bar. It smells super sweet of white chocolate and honey. It is also edible which means you can use it as a lipbalm. After a shower or bath you can just smooth it on your skin and it is only six pounds.
